Accessibility

Because of the natural topography of Bois Mort Farm, accessibility for those with limited mobility may prove a slight challenge. We have tried our best overcome this, in some of the design of the cottages, for example the Farm House has a twin bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and the goat shed is also on one level although the bed is slightly elevated. Mobility scooters can handle the graveled area but wheelchair users would almost certainly find it a challenge.

Children

Children 12 and over are welcome at Bois Mort if the cottages are rented on an individual basis.

Children 12 and under are welcome provided all cottages are rented by the same family or group at the same time.

Proof of age will be required at time of reservation / on arrival.

Bois Mort Farm

We are, as the name suggests located in an actual working farm, so please expect to see livestock, and free range geese and chickens and general farming conditions Please also be aware that farm machinery does at times pass through Bois Mort, especially during harvest and feeding times, with that in mind children should be supervised on the lanes in and around Bois Mort.

Recycling and Composting

To protect our wonderful environment, we actively encourage recycling as much as possible. General household waste and recycling of cans, cartons and plastic can be found at the communal bins at the end of the road just past the farm. Glass recycling can be found on the road to St Loup Sur Thouet at the junction with the village of Cremille, any questions just ask Richard. In our potager you will see some composting bins, we welcome all uncooked organic kitchen waste, including toilet roll cardboard tubes and egg shells. Should you have any kitchen scraps you wish to dispose of the chickens will gladly eat them… they love hot dogs by the way.

Pets

Unfortunately due to the nature of Bois Mort farm and because there are free-ranging livestock present, we can not welcome domesticated pets.

Parking

Free on street parking, vehicles are left entirely at owners risk.
