The Pool House Kitchen
Providing Bois Mort Farm visitors with a unique private chef experience. Dining alfresco at the pool house terrace using produce sourced from the kitchen garden, the farm, local markets and foraged finds from the surrounding countryside.
Here is an example of a multi-course trust the chef menu created to delight our guests.
- A welcome glass of cremant from one our favourite local producers with a tasty amuse bouche.
- Panfried Quail breast with sunflower seed pesto and a crisp caponata of vegetables from the potager.
- A Daube of Parthenaise beef from the herds raised here at the farm., truffle pomme purée and a pastry palmier.
- Goat cheese from a local producer baked with honey from nearby Airvault and a pinch of lavender from my garden.
- Tarte tatin of apples grown here at Bois Mort Farm and served with my own homemade ice cream.
We stock for your convenience and pleasure some wonderful handpicked wines from local producers, many of which are organic or bio dynamic.
You are welcome to bring your own wine at a corkage charge of 5 euros per bottle and beers at 1 euro per bottle. Our menu includes family style favourites from delicious burgers to salads and more or enjoy a made to order Neopolitan style pizzas using the finest quality ingredients and cooked alfresco in the Italian pizza oven.

Kitchen Garden
The source of much of our produce used in our dishes and sold in the Farm Shop. Organic chicken eggs daily from the girls.

Breakfast
Enjoy a hearty continental breakfast poolside with a selection of freshly baked pastries and bread served with my homemade confitures , fresh fruit, Fromage blanc with a berry compote , a selection of fruit juices and coffee or teas .

Dinner
Offering a 4-course menu, with a welcome aperitif and amuse bouche. Menus are based on what’s available, ensuring freshness and quality. Looking for something different? Speak to Richard and he will tailor the menu to suit your needs!

Planchas & More
Made fresh to order, a selection of planchas of local charcuterie, cheeses, and Bois Mort burger.
All accompanied with bread, french fries, salad and homemade pickles and chutneys.
